The Challenge
Farmer records were fragmented across paper forms and regional offices, making subsidy distribution slow and error-prone.
The Solution
We built a Django-based registry with offline-capable mobile data capture, GIS-tagged farm plots and role-based access for regional officers.
The Results
Over 200,000 farmers registered in the first year, cutting subsidy processing time by 60%.
